Eye drops for treating ocular vascular hyperplasia and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses eye drops for treating vascular hyperplasia of eyes and a preparation method of the eye drops, and belongs to the technical field of biological pharmacy. The eye drops comprise a recombinant human angiostatin protein, an endostatin protein and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein the recombinant human angiostatin protein and the endostatin protein are used for preparing the eye drops. Experiments show that the eye drops show remarkable vascular inhibition activity in a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane model and a diabetic rat retina hyperplasia model, and the two proteins are combined for use to achieve a synergistic effect; the invention provides a safe and effective new way for local treatment of ocular vascular hyperplasia diseases.
