voltage bushing capacitor cores, including a winding roller, a winding heating roller mechanism disposed on both sides of the winding roller, and a winding lifting mechanism that drives the winding roller to lift. The winding heating roller mechanism includes two heating rollers symmetrically disposed on both sides of the winding roller and multiple sets of
clutch adjustment mechanisms arranged along the length of the heating roller and adjusting the distance between the two heating rollers. Oil circulation
temperature control devices are respectively installed at both ends of the winding roller. This invention is rationally designed, connecting two oil circulation
temperature control devices to two heating rollers to form a circulating heating circuit, ensuring the temperature of the heating rollers and further ensuring the
dryness of the
capacitor core during winding. Simultaneously, multi-roller
collaboration is employed during winding, with both the winding roller and the heating roller having winding power, collaboratively completing the winding of the insulating paper in the
capacitor core, ensuring stable and tight winding of the insulating paper, and improving the performance of the capacitor core.
