The raw materials of the polymer electrolyte, by mass, include the following components: 8-12 parts of an olefin polymer, 4-8 parts of a sodium salt, 0.4-1.2 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica (SiO2), 7-30 parts of a fluorinated small-molecule plasticizer, and 35-85 parts of a solvent. The polymer electrolyte of this invention uses a fluorinated small-molecule plasticizer with weak solvation ability as the plasticizer in the electrolyte, which improves the mechanical properties of the electrolyte membrane. Simultaneously, it forms a competitive coordination effect with the residual solvent with strong solvation ability, which is beneficial for inhibiting the corrosion effect of sodium salt on the current collector. The hydrophobic fumed silica filler reduces the crystallinity of the polymer matrix and enhances the mobility of the polymer matrix segments, thereby improving the ionic conductivity.
