Abstract

The present invention relates to a flat-plate shelf formed from recoverable plates and its manufacture method. It uses purlines as base, the purline includes cylindrical hard paper board core component and thin plate surrounding said core component, the purlines are arranged on the flat-plate shelf in single-layer and in a line abreast, and connected by means of top board of corrugated paper board or said purlines are arranged on top in two layers and mutually-crossed form. The purline can be sealed by folding thin plate surrounding core component, so that the thin plate can be formed into bottom portion and side portion of the purline, and can be used for closing end portion of the purline. The purline can be made up by using plate with water-proofing coating layer.
