Abstract

One piece of output coupling lens and one piece of laser gain medium form resonant cavity of laser. The coupling lens is a concave spherical mirror; and inner surface of the laser gain medium is a plane, and the outer surface is a convex spherical surface. Anti-reflection film is coated on the plane. Reflective coating, which is total reflection for laser generated from cavity, and high transmissive for LD pumping light, is coated on the convex surface. There are multiple reflection points on the convex spherical surface. End face pumping is carried out for each reflection point by a LD. reflective coating with two reflectivities is coated on concave spherical mirror of the coupling lens so as to divide the reflective coating into output section and reflection section. The output section is corresponding section for only receiving light beam with only one reflection point, and other part in reflection section. Features are: output power of single light beam, and reducing heat effect.
