The present invention comprises a power shunt module, a high power attenuator module, a power detection module and a control circuit module. The power shunt module is used for shunting a radio frequency signal generated by a radio frequency signal source and sending the radio frequency signal respectively to a plurality of power amplifiers waiting to be tested as the input signal of the power amplifier.
