Problems solved by technology

Difficult to have different colors and physical properties for parts of the shock absorber
However, since the injected air itself is used to reduce shock, the shock absorber is likely to lose its function as a shock absorber once air leaks out of the case due to damage to the case or leakage of the connection edge of the case.

Embodiment Construction

[0045] A detailed description will now be given of the preferred embodiments of the invention shown in the accompanying drawings.

[0046] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a damper device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and (a) to (d) of FIG. 2 show various modifications of the embodiment of FIG. 1 . As shown in FIG. 1 , the shock absorbing device of the present invention mainly includes a cross-linked foam 100 and a housing 200 containing the cross-linked foam 100 . The cross-linked foam 100 is a main means for absorbing external impact applied to the shock absorber, and mainly has a main body 110 and at least one inner cell 120 formed in the main body 110 . The main body 110 may be manufactured by foaming various foaming materials known in the art using various foaming methods known in the art. Ideally, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA)-based resins with different vinyl acetate contents (VA%) or polyethylene (PE)-based resins with different densities can be s...

Abstract

The present invention provides a shock-absorbing device for shoes comprises a cross-linked foam having a body and at least one inner cavity formed in the body; and a housing containing the cross-linked foam. The shock-absorbing device of the present invention can easily be applied to soles of shoes having diverse sizes and shapes to effectively reduce an impact applied to a foot. Besides, the present invention can cut down a manufacturing cost greatly by simplifying a manufacturing process of the shock-absorbing device.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a shock-absorbing device for shoes, and more particularly, to such a shock-absorbing device for shoes, which mainly has: a cross-linked foam with at least one inner cavity; and a shell, the The shell houses the cross-linked foam to effectively reduce impact applied to the foot. Background technique [0002] We usually stand with the shoes on our feet most of the time. Footwear has been developed to protect a person's bare feet. However, nowadays people are more and more emphasizing the importance of shoes. Accordingly, the function of shoes has been increased to protect the spine, knee joints, ankle joints and feet. When people walk or exercise, the impact transmitted from the ground to the feet will cause great damage to the human body, so it is necessary to add additional devices to the shoes to reduce the impact. According to the prior art, the shock transmitted to the foot can be reduced by a shock-absorbing dev...
