[0006] Example: A process for spraying long-term anti-corrosion coatings on cable bridges. First, sandblasting is used to remove oil and rust on the surface of steel structure cable bridges. After drying, pass the aluminum wire through the oxyacetylene spraying method, melt the aluminum wire, and spray evenly on the metal surface of the bridge frame with a thickness of 50-60 microns. The surface layer is sprayed layer by layer on the metal surface of the bridge that has been dried and sprayed with aluminum. The bottom resin is sprayed twice, the middle layer is sprayed once, and the surface layer is sprayed twice. The time interval between each coating is 4-5 hours. The standard film thickness is 30-35 microns, and the total coating thickness is 150-180 microns. After spraying, store the cable tray in a ventilated and dry place to let it cure naturally. The complete curing time is one week.
