Abstract

The invention discloses a packing method of an adsorption tower in the diesel oil oxidation and adsorption desulfurization process. The adsorbent packed in the adsorption tower of the invention is the active alumina. The adsorption tower is divided into an upper section and a lower section for packing. The upper section can pack large-sized alumina or small-sized alumina diluted by the large-sized stuffing materials while the lower section packs the small alumina granule with smaller granularity. The desulfurization and adsorption tower of the invention adopts the novel packing method, which increases the permeability of the adsorption tower, improves the utilization rate of the adsorbent surface and prolongs the one-way service time, thereby reducing the production cost.
