Abstract

A flexible controller for a fuel engine is provided, which comprises a main ECU, an auxiliary ECU, a fuel injector, a starting switch, a temperature control switch, and an oxygen sensor. Wherein, the injection signals output by the main ECU based on the input signals from different sensors of the engine for controlling are all input into the auxiliary ECU supposing gasoline is used; the auxiliary ECU corrects the injection signals from the main ECU into injection signals that can be used both for controlling gasoline, alcohol and mixture of them in any proportion based on the excitation signals from the start switch, the temperature signals from the temperature-controlling switch on the cylinder block of the engine and the voltage signals from the oxygen sensor; and the auxiliary ECU also sends the corrected injection signals into the fuel injector.
