The invention discloses an anti-explosive positive-pressure ventilation air conditioner unit, which comprises a casing, an anti-explosion heater, an evaporimeter and a condenser that are arranged sequentially at upper, middle and lower part on the same side wall of the casing. The anti-explosion heater, the evaporimeter and the condenser are respectively located in the upper, middle and lower isolating chamber in the casing. In the middle isolating chamber, an anti-explosion blower is provided; in the lower isolating chamber, a compressor is provided. The air-in and air-out port of the anti-explosion blower are respectively connected with the upper and the lower isolating chamber. On the side wall of the casing corresponding to the upper and the lower isolating chamber, a blowing-in port and an air-return port are provided respectively; on a side wall of an analysis room, an air inlet and an air return port are provided respectively; the blowing-in port and the air-return port on the side wall of the casing are respectively communicated with the air inlet and the air return port of the analysis room. On the pipe at the air-return port of the casing, a fresh-air inlet is provided.
