The invention solves the equipment selection problem between the main transformer and capacitor / reactor, solves the equipment selection problem of unequal capacity capacitor / reactor, and solves the equipment selection problem under the multi-device unequal delay; the action of invention is reasonable; the invention abandons the regional diagram control mode and avoids the problem of trans-region and regional boundary division.
