Abstract

The invention discloses a second generation lily seed ball utilization method of oriental type, relating to the cultivation technology of oriental type lily in a gardening field. The method comprises the steps that: A. after cut flowers of the seed balls of generation one is harvested, the soil is kept humid, leading the seed ball to continuously grow in earth; B. seed balls of generation two are dug out and sterilization and disinsection treatment are carried out; C. precooling treatment is done; D. cold storage treatment is carried out; E. when being suitable for a productive phase, the seed balls are taken out from a refrigeratory to plant. The growing time of the seed balls are 25 to 35 days optimally. The seed balls of generation two are dug out and washed, and then 450-550 multiple of phenazine and 550 to 650 multiple of trichloro-acaricide or other acaridides with high concentration are adopted to disinfect and anti-mite for 30 minutes. The seed balls wrapped by humid peat are sent into the refrigeratory to do precooling treatment for 5 to 7 weeks, and then put into the refrigeratory to do freezing storage.
