Abstract

The invention provides a magnesium alloy tube extrusion die of a no-clean mould, which consists of a diversion mould and a pattern die, wherein, a plurality of tap holes are arranged at an axial direction at one end of the diversion mould and a ringlike welding cavity that is communicated with the tap holes is arranged at an axial direction at the other end. A mold core that is connected with a mold bridge into a whole is arranged at the central part of the ringlike welding cavity. The end parts of the mold core are connected with the mold core into a whole and protrude the mold core head of the diversion mould, the cross-sectional area of the mold core head is smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the end part of the mold core. A central shaft of the pattern die opposites to the tap holes that are provided with penetrating type die bodies. A die bearing that is matched with clearance is formed by the tap holes and the mold core head of the diversion mould. The width ofthe clearance of the die bearing is the thickness of a shaped tube.
