Abstract

The invention discloses a naphthoic acid and 1, 10-o-phenanthroline rare-earth complex and its function for inhibiting bacterial, which is represented as REL3phen nH2O, wherein RE is rare-earth element as Eu3+, Tb3+, Gd3+, La3+ or Y3+, L is one of alpha-Naphthoic acid, beta-Naphthoic acid, alpha-Naphthlcetic acid and beta-Naphthlcetic acid, n=0 or 1. The preparation method comprises using L as first ligand and o-phenanthroline as second ligand while RE3+: L: phen is 1:3:1, adding alcohol and dissolving, mixing the two ligands to be added into a rare-earth chloride solution, mixing and reacting to synthesize rare-earth complex. The qualitative and quantitative bacteriostatic tests of filter paper method on the rare-earth complex prove that the rare-earth complex has bacteriostatic function on variable experimental bacteria, stronger than independent ligand and ion and stronger bacteriostatic effect along with density increase. The invention provides useful try for biological bacteria inhibitor development.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rare earth complex, in particular to a rare earth complex with naphthoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline as ligands, and belongs to the technical field of microbial antibacterial. Background technique [0002] Rare earths have a unique electronic layer and nuclear structure, and have good antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor effects. my country's reserve resources account for about 80% of the world. Since the 20th century, research on rare earths in the field of life sciences has been continuously reported. Due to their low toxicity, the antibacterial properties of rare earths have good application prospects in agriculture, medical care and health. For example, cerium nitrate has been used as a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory agent. In clinical practice, it has a good therapeutic effect on burns. Rare earth can improve the disease resistance of crops by inhibiting the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteri...
