The invention provides a pixel unit, a LCD panel, an electro-optical device and a producing method thereof. Wherein the pixel unit has a display region. The pixel unit comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer and at least one ultraviolet light absorption layer. The second substrate is arranged parallel to the first substrate, and the liquid crystal layer is disposedbetween the first substrate and the second substrate. The ultraviolet light absorption pattern is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. Part of the display region overlaps with the ultraviolet light absorption pattern to define at least one first direction region, and the part which does not overlap with the ultraviolet light absorption pattern defines at least one seconddirection region. The liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer are disposed with different tilt angles in the first direction region and in the second direction region. The invented LCD panel and pixel unit facilitate improving color cast condition of large visual angle. Display quality of the electro-optical device is enhanced when the invented LCD panel and pixel unit are used in the electro-optical device.
