Abstract

The present invention discloses an elastic hinge parallel-connected 6-UPUR six-dimensional force measuring platform. The invention has the following characters: the integral one-dimensional force-measuring branch is composed of an integral UPU structure and an upper positioning block (8): the integral UPU structure is obtained by one-time manufacturing the elastic material, the structure comprises two symmetric integral elastic universal hinges (7 and 7'), the middle part is manufactured with a one-dimensional tension/pressure sensor structure (5), the lower end is manufactured with a column pinhole (6), and the upper end is manufactured with a screw bolt (13); the upper positioning block (8) is an elastic element which is molded by one-time manufacturing, and an elastic rotating hinge is included whereon. Basing on the principle of the novel 6-UPUR parallel-connected mechanism the invention obtains a simple parallel-connected six-dimensional force-measuring platform structure totally composed of single-freedom elastic revolute pair and realizes the decomposition of the six-dimensional force to six branches. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacturing, being easily analyzed and founded with a model, stable capability and broad adaptability. The one-dimensional force-measuring branch of the invention can be replaced with the one-dimensional linear micro-driving branch to facilitate that the six-dimensional force-measuring platform becomes a six-dimensional precise positioning platform.
