The present invention relates to a heat recovery type solar jetting electrically-compressing heat pump air-conditioning unit for using solar energy to provide heat and cold. The unit comprises a solar energy hot water circuit, a jetting refrigerant circuit, an electrically-compressing refrigerant circuit and an air-conditioning water circuit. The unit determines the starting and stopping of a electrically-compressing heat pump air-conditioning system according to the need of the load of an air-conditioner and the specific condition of solar radiation, and controls the flow of a water system and the refrigerant through the shifting of valves and switches. Part heat of the refrigerant in part exhaust gas of the compressor can be recycled for heating hot water when the electrically-compressing heat pump air-conditioning system provides cold, and the system is capable of stably and reliably providing refrigeration water for the air-conditioner and hot water with the temperature between 40and 80 DEG C for the air-conditioner. The temperature span of the hot water is large, and the unit satisfies domestic hot water supply, and also satisfies production process heat supply and small area heat supply. The unit is further capable of separately providing low temperature refrigeration water, and is suitable for radiation cold supply and fan coil air-conditioning systems. The unit is capable of sufficiently using solar energy resources, improving solar energy utilization ratio, reducing environmental pollution and relieving the pressure of power network.
