Embodiment Construction

[0032] 1-6 show the structure of an embodiment of the sensing device of the present invention. It comprises a first part 1 consisting of a cap-shaped cylindrical joint 2 and a square flange 3 connected to the joint. The square flange 3 has through holes 4 for fastening screws (not shown) at its corners.

[0033] The cap-shaped connection 2 is designed with a cylindrical outer wall 5 in which threaded holes 6 are located at angles offset by 90°. The cap-shaped joint 2 has a cylindrical bottom 7 on its upper surface and has an annular brim 8 on its lower surface, which is connected integrally with the rectangular flange 3 and makes the flange be strengthened.

[0034] Figure 2 shows that the cap-shaped joint 2 has an approximately rectangular accommodation space 9 for accommodating an adjustment adapter, which has four inclined adjustment surfaces, through which the threaded hole 6 is screwed. The adjustment screw presses against said adjustment surface.

Abstract

The invention relates to a sensor assembly for measuring the forces and / or torques that are transmitted using a rigid force transmitter. The sensor assembly can be connected to a first part of the force transmitter by means of a first connection (2) and to a second part of the force transmitter by means of a second connection (10) and is equipped with electro-mechanical sensor elements (21) for converting mechanical parameters into electrical parameters. To permit exact measurements to be achieved with small dimensions, the sensor assembly comprises a first flange (3), which originates from the first connection (2), surrounds the latter (2) and is connected to a second flange (12) lying parallel to the first flange (3) by means of struts (13) that run perpendicularly to the first flange (3). The gap (15) between the struts (13) is greater than the width of said struts (13).; The second connection (10) is situated on the second flange (12) and the sensor elements are designed to determine expansion or compression and are located on at least one of the two surfaces of the second flange (12) close to the struts (13). The sensor assembly is preferably used in an artificial limb, in particular an artificial leg.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sensor device for measuring forces and / or moments which are transmitted by means of a rigid transmission element, wherein the sensor device can be connected to the transmission element by means of a first joint The first part of the transmitter is connected and can be connected with the second part of the transmitter by means of a second joint and is equipped with electromechanical sensor elements for converting mechanical parameters into electrical parameters. [0002] The invention also relates to the use of such a sensor device in artificial limbs, in particular in artificial legs. Background technique [0003] Sensor devices are already known by means of which a walking analysis of a patient can be carried out. Since these sensor devices are relatively bulky, they have to be installed in test phantoms which should correspond as well as possible to the phantoms used in practice. However, due to the further design of the ...
