Abstract

The invention relates to periodical concentric layer-shaped chitosan hydrogel, a method for constructing the same, and an application of the same, relating to a chitosan hydrogel material, the preparation method thereof and the application of the same. The method solves the problems of having a potential toxic crosslinking agent, structural disorder and high production cost in use of the prior chitosan hydrogel. The product of the periodical concentric lamina-shaped chitosan hydrogel is prepared by chitosan and water and is provided with a periodical concentric layer-shaped structure, and chitosan fibers in layers are arranged in the form of radiation. The periodical concentric layer-shaped chitosan hydrogel is constructed by adoption of the method of alternate immersion to adjust the immersion time and the immersion frequency. The method realizes synchronous generation of the chitosan hydrogel and the layered structure. The product of the periodical concentric layer-shaped chitosan hydrogel is provided with the periodical layered structure which is provided with controllable layer thickness and layer number and is similar to an osteon structure, and does not contain any crosslinking agent. The periodical concentric layer-shaped chitosan hydrogel can be used as a drug carrier or a template for induced synthesis of biomineral. The method is simple; no toxic substance is introduced; and the production cost is low.

Description

Periodic concentric layered chitosan hydrogel and its construction method and application technical field The invention relates to a chitosan hydrogel material and its preparation method and application. Background technique As one of biological macromolecules, chitosan is a rare weakly alkaline amino polysaccharide in nature, which is derived from marine crab shells and cell walls of fungi. Due to its excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability and bioactivity, chitosan is widely used in the fields of drug release carriers, tissue engineering scaffolds, degradable bone implant materials and tissue repair dressings. However, the existing chitosan hydrogels are usually prepared by chemical cross-linking method. Due to the toxicity or potential toxicity of the chemical cross-linking agents used, the application of chitosan hydrogels in biomedicine and other fields is limited, and the production cost is increased at the same time. It is worth mentioning that the existing ch...
