Problems solved by technology

However, at present, a large number of polystyrene foam materials are used as shock-absorbing packaging products for various electrical appliances and instruments. After unpacking, they are discarded immediately; these products have extremely small specific gravity, large volume, and relatively high transportation and storage costs for recycling. There is little profit in recycling these products and there is a lack of incentives to recycle them, thus hindering the recycling of these products

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for adopting waste polystyrene foaming material to prepare PVC artificial leather. Currently, a large quantity of waste polystyrene foaming packing materials have thedisadvantages of relatively high cost for being recycled and transported to manufacturing enterprises of PVC artificial leather due to small specific gravity and large volume and serious pollution tothe environment without automatic degradation of the foaming packing materials. At correspondingly concentrated recycling points, the invention adopts mixed toluene and butanone or dioctyl phthalate(DOP) for solving the waste polystyrene foaming packing materials. After being obtained, gluing solution or No. 1 artificial leather raw material is transported to the PVC manufacturing artificial leather enterprises to be first processed into artificial leather adhesive, artificial leather surface layer material and raw material for artificial leather foaming layer. Then, the PVC artificial leather is manufactured according to a traditional method. With the waste polystyrene foaming packing material which is difficultly recovered in the past used as the raw material of PVC artificial leather, not only can the production cost be lowered but also white pollution are reduced. The method is beneficial to the environmental protection.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of artificial leather manufacture, in particular to a method for manufacturing polyvinyl chloride artificial leather by using waste polystyrene foam material. Background technique [0002] Most of the existing polyvinyl chloride artificial leather manufacturing methods adopt new polyvinyl chloride materials, and the cost is relatively high; polyvinyl chloride corner waste or waste products are also used as auxiliary materials to reduce costs. However, at present, a large number of polystyrene foam materials are used as shock-absorbing packaging products for various electrical appliances and instruments. After unpacking, they are discarded immediately; these products have extremely small specific gravity, large volume, and relatively high transportation and storage costs for recycling. There is little profit in recycling these products, and there is a lack of recycling incentives, thus preventing the recycling of these...
