The invention relates to adhesive for collecting formaldehyde and paint for collecting the formaldehyde, both of which use formaldehyde collecting agent as a composition of active components. The adhesive is used for adhesion of the outmost layer in a man-made board or adhesion and edge sealing at a kerf of the man-made board, can effectively absorb formaldehyde released by the man-made board, does not cause influence on the adhesive strength of the board, and is comparatively cheap. The paint is used for painting indoor walls, absorbs the formaldehyde in the indoor air, can also be used for painting the surface of the man-made board, seals and absorbs formaldehyde gas, and reduces the release amount of the formaldehyde. Compared with the prior art, the adhesive and the paint for collecting the formaldehyde have the advantages that the adhesive and the paint are cheap, can efficiently adsorb the formaldehyde and generate stable compounds, and do not re-decompose and release the formaldehyde, so the adhesive and the paint cannot generate other secondary pollutants.

Farnesene interpolymers

Farnesene interpolymer comprises units derived from a farnesene (e.g., α-farnesene or β-farnesene) and units derived from at least one vinyl monomer. The farnesene interpolymer can be prepared by copolymerizing the farnesene and at least one vinyl monomer in the presence of a catalyst. In some embodiments, the farnesene is prepared from a sugar by using a microorganism. In other embodiments, the at least one vinyl monomer is ethylene, an α-olefin, or a substituted or unsubstituted vinyl halide, vinyl ether, acrylonitrile, acrylic ester, methacrylic ester, acrylamide or methacrylamide, or a combination thereof.

The present invention relates to a new-type thermosol using attapulgite as additive and its preparation method. A resealable container is provided having a container opening and a rim and a multilayer film covering the container opening and the rim. The multilayer film contains at least an outer layer, a sealing layer facing the rim and a layer of adhesive between the outer layer and the sealing layer. The sealing layer is secured around the rim and contains a weak spot such that when the resealable container is first opened a double bead of said sealing layer remains on the rim in the region of the weak spot. Such resealable containers have improved tear-open behavior and resealability.

High-expansion fireproof sealant and preparation thereof

The invention discloses high intumescent fire stopping mastic and a method for preparing the same. The mastic is prepared by taking acrylate emulsion (or elastic styrene-acrylate emulsion), polybutene (or polyisobutylene), glycol, emulsifying agent and tritolyl phosphate as base materials with addition of certain auxiliary materials. The preparation method is as follows: the base materials are added into a reaction kettle according to certain mass portion, stirred, slowly heated and insulated for a period of time, and transferred into a colloid stirrer; auxiliary materials such as ammonium polyphosphates, flame-retarding aluminum hydroxide, flame-retarding zinc borates, calcium carbonates, expandable graphite, iron oxide red and glass fibers are gradually added into the mixture under the condition of stirring; and the process of stirring is continued until a colloid is uniform. The fire stopping mastic prepared by adoption of the method can be quickly carbonized and expanded to 5 to 8 times of the prior volume in case of fire, and can not fall off; the strength and the heat insulation after solidification are good, and the fire resistance is very good; and the adhesion is strong and the elasticity is good. The high intumescent fire stopping mastic and the method are particularly suitable for fire compartmentation of various penetrating penetration assemblies such as cables, cable bridges, pipes and so on.
