The invention belongs to the water-base adhesive technical field, in particular to an environment-protecting pigment printing binder which auto-crosslinks in the low temperature and a preparation method thereof which includes a polymeric monomer is added into the water solution of the composite emulsifier and the sodium bicarbonate, and the mixture is stirred so as to obtain the pre-emulsion; the pre-emulsion is added into a reaction vessel in lots, a polymerization is initiated, and a styrene-acrylic emulsion base which crosslinks in the low temperature is obtained; the pH value is adjusted, a crosslinking agent is added and the needed binder is obtained. The pigment printing binder obtained by the preparation of the method does not comprise formalin, alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and other harmful substances. The finished textile printing obtained by using the binder has the advantages of soft hand feeling, brilliant color, wear resistant, and high soaping fastness, etc.; the textile printing used for the cotton cloth, polyester-cotton can get better effect. The mixture of the binder and the synthetic thickener can modulate the proper textile printing pulp, and is applicable to plate printing and net-tube printing.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a shrink label comprising a multilayer film, which is superior in low temperature resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance, tearing properties along the perforation and appearance and does not peel in covering a container, as a base film, and a heat-shrinkable multilayer resin film which can effectively prevent the deterioration of the content of a container due to ultraviolet light and is superior in the tearing properties along the perforation and the oil resistance when the heat-shrinkable multilayer resin film is used as a shrink label for a container, and a shrink label comprising the heat-shrinkable multilayer resin film as a base film.
The present invention is a shrink label, comprising a heat-shrinkable multilayer resin film comprising an intermediate layer comprising a polystyrene type resin and outer surface layers comprising a polyester type resin, with said intermediate layer interposed therebetween, as a base film, wherein the polystyrene type resin composing said intermediate layer is an aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-conjugated diene copolymer, and said intermediate layer is bonded to said outer surface layers with an adhesive layer comprising a hydrogen addition product of an aromatic vinyl hydrocarbon-conjugated diene copolymer, having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxylic group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, an epoxy group and a hydroxyl group in a molecule.

High-expansion fireproof sealant and preparation thereof

The invention discloses high intumescent fire stopping mastic and a method for preparing the same. The mastic is prepared by taking acrylate emulsion (or elastic styrene-acrylate emulsion), polybutene (or polyisobutylene), glycol, emulsifying agent and tritolyl phosphate as base materials with addition of certain auxiliary materials. The preparation method is as follows: the base materials are added into a reaction kettle according to certain mass portion, stirred, slowly heated and insulated for a period of time, and transferred into a colloid stirrer; auxiliary materials such as ammonium polyphosphates, flame-retarding aluminum hydroxide, flame-retarding zinc borates, calcium carbonates, expandable graphite, iron oxide red and glass fibers are gradually added into the mixture under the condition of stirring; and the process of stirring is continued until a colloid is uniform. The fire stopping mastic prepared by adoption of the method can be quickly carbonized and expanded to 5 to 8 times of the prior volume in case of fire, and can not fall off; the strength and the heat insulation after solidification are good, and the fire resistance is very good; and the adhesion is strong and the elasticity is good. The high intumescent fire stopping mastic and the method are particularly suitable for fire compartmentation of various penetrating penetration assemblies such as cables, cable bridges, pipes and so on.
