Abstract

The welding procedure comprises the steps as follows: the stop ends of the copper wires or the weaved copper wires are formed into strip-shaped connectors which are processed by the holding fixture through prepressing to lead one surfaces of the strip-shaped connectors to form a plurality of heaves, and then the bulging surfaces of the strip-shaped connectors are welded with the copperplate connectors; or a connecting copperplate can be preprocessed to machining one end of the copperplate with connectors into a structure with a rectangular groove, and the rectangular groove at one ends of the copperplate connectors is welded with the strip-shaped connectors of the copper wires or the weaved copper wires. A fluted structure corresponding to the heaves of the strip-shaped connectors is arranged on one plane surface of the adopted special fixture; the fluted structure corresponding to the heaves of the strip-shaped connectors is arranged onone plane surface of the adopted resistance welding electrode which is also used as the holding fixture.
