Abstract

A centre vein puncture needle solves the problem that the existing puncture needle can not accurately decide that a blood vessel being penetrated into by the puncture needle is a vein or an arterial. The puncture needle comprises a puncture needle tube, a guide wire ingress pipe; wherein, the pipe body of the guide wire ingress pipe is provided with a valve which is composed of a valve body and a valve disc; the valve disc is provided with a one-way hole for the leading-in of a guide wire and is connected with a valve handle which is arranged at the outside of the valve body. The valve can be any a valve such as a butterfly gate, a brake valve, or a ball valve and the like. After the puncture needle penetrates into the blood vessel, the valve is opened, the blood effusing from the mouth of the valve is observed; if the escaping blood is characterized by pulsation, large flow, rapid flow rate, the puncture needle penetrates into the artery, on the contrary, the puncture needle penetrates into the vein. The design of the valve greatly increases the safety of the operation when the centre vein blindly punctures, reduces the pain of patients, meanwhile, avoids the occurrence of the clinical complication, and can be widely applied to other all kinds of artery and vein puncture needles and increases the medical safety.
