The manufacturing technique comprises the following steps: firstly, 80 portions to 120 portions of nitrile rubber, 70 portions to 90 portions of cabon black, 5 portions to 10 portions of indirect process zinc oxide, 1.5 portions to 2.5 portions of zinc stearate, 5 portions to 7 portions of age inhibitor, 20 portions to 30 portions of TP-95, 3 portions to 5 portions of lubricant, 1 portion to 3 portions of antiozonant, 0.3 portion to 0.5portion of S-80, and 4 portions to 6 portions of accelerant are mixed and synthesized into rubber by a banbury mixer, then the qualified synthesized rubber is put into a mould in vulcanization equipment for vulcanizing treatment after being rolled and moulded. In the vulcanizing process which lasts for 360 to 480 seconds, the pressure is raised to 170 Kgf / cm<2>-190 Kgf / cm<2>, and the temperature is raised to 165 DEG C -175 DEG C; and finally, the rubber article after vulcanizing treatment is trimmed, tested and warehoused.
