Abstract

The invention discloses a regenerated mixed reinforced concrete beam and a construction method thereof. The regenerated mixed reinforced concrete beam comprises disused concrete blocks, new concrete, and steel bars, wherein the disused concrete blocks are dispersed in the beam, and the configuration mode of the reinforcement is same to that of the conventional reinforced concrete. The construction includes the steps that: firstly, bound steel bars are put in a formwork, then a layer of new concrete is poured, and then the discussed concrete blocks and new concrete are alternately put in the formwork, wherein the mass ratio of the discussed concrete blocks and the new concrete is 1:4 to 1:1. Compared with conventional regenerated aggregate concrete member, the invention can save a great amount of energy consumed in the processes of breaking, screening, purifying and the like for the concrete waste, save a great amount of water, cement, sandstones and energy consumed for preparing regenerated aggregate concrete having equivalent volume with the disused concrete blocks, and provides a new approach for building industry to perform the national strategy of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction.
