The grid electrodes, the source electrodes and the drain electrodes of all the thin film transistors are respectively and electrically connected with the corresponding grid lines, the data lines and the pixel electrodes; when one electrical connection defect exists on the data lines, the repairing method comprises the following steps: cutting off one side of the grid line crossed with the data line having electrical connection defects; cutting off the grid electrode of the thin film transistor correspondingly connected with the other side of the grid line into two parts, so that the source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor are divided into two parts which are not electrically connected; then respectively and electrically connecting the parts and the other parts of the source electrode and the drain electrode of the thin film transistor; and electrically connecting the data line and the grid line cut off.
