The layered structure of the invention enable the network data transmit in regularity, reduces unnecessary routing spending and promotes network efficiency, implements network positioning to a certain degree, strengthens network safety, reduces memory size of routing table, saves routing address time, and effectively avoids jam of middle and lower routing system.
