Abstract

The invention discloses an electrostatic spinning device for polymer melt assisted by magnetic field. The device mainly comprises a receiving device, a magnetic field device, a capillary tube, a nozzle, an electrical heating ring, a charging barrel with a steel structure, a piston shaft, a pressurizing device, an end closure, a temperature sensor, a temperature control device and a high voltage electrostatic generator, wherein the magnetic field device is arranged between the capillary tube and the receiving device and can generate magnetic field parallel to the direction of an electric field; the capillary tube is in conical fit with the nozzle; the nozzle is connected with the charging barrel; the electrical heating ring is used for heating the polymer melt; the piston shaft can move upand down in the charging barrel and prevent leaking; and the end closure is loaded with the pressurizing device. The device can be used in electrostatic spinning of the polymer melt, and solves a series of problems of solvent electrostatic spinning caused by using solvent, and problems that the nozzle is easy to block in solvent electrostatic spinning, thereby having the advantages of economy, environmental protection, safety, high production rate and easy realization of industrialization.
