Abstract

The invention discloses a hot-blast non-woven fabric which is bonded by fibers, wherein, the fiber has low melting point and dual components or the fiber is the mixed fiber which is formed by mixing the dual-component fiber with at least one fiber out of colored fiber, bleached polyester and antibacterial fiber; and the dual-component fiber has an internal core typed structure in which the skin is prepared by the polymer with low melting point and low density and the core is prepared by PP or PET with higher melting point. The production method of the hot-blast non-woven fabric is characterized in that: loosening, mixing, fine loosening and combing after mixing are sequentially carried out so that the fiber is combed as nets and subsequently enters a hot-blast box so as to be blown by the hot blast and lead the PE fibers to be bonded to each other. The hot-blast thin non-woven fabric has good loose performance, is smooth and elastic, and has soft hand-feeling, good permeability and higher strength.
