The invention discloses two feed additives for preventing and controlling fatty liver of pseudosciaena crocea, which comprise two formulas and weight contents, wherein one formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35 to 45 percent of betaine, 5 to 10 percent of L-carnitine, 3 to 5 percent of VE, 10 to 15 percent of Bupleurum falcatum, 8 to 12 percent of Salvia Miltrorrhiza and 25 to 30 percent of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae; and the other formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25 to 35 percent of betaine, 5 to 10 percent of L-carnitine, 10 to 15 percent of VE, 10 to 15 percent of Bupleurum falcatum, 8 to 12 percent of Salvia Miltrorrhiza and 25 to 30 percent of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. The additives can promote internal fat metabolism of pseudosciaena crocea, and reduce fat accumulation in the liver of pseudosciaena crocea.
