Problems solved by technology

The on-site measurement of abnormal waves is relatively difficult. In the past, oil platforms were mainly used for wave height monitoring, but abnormal waves caused great harm to structures such as offshore oil drilling platforms. In order to ensure the safety of maritime navigation and offshore platforms, it is necessary to detect abnormal sea waves. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a technology for detecting anomalous waves on the sea surface

Embodiment Construction

[0025] In order to detect abnormal waves on the sea surface, and then reduce the potential safety hazards of maritime navigation and offshore platforms, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting abnormal waves on the sea surface, see figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0026] Step 101: On the basis of the one-dimensional abnormal wave theoretical model, use the dual-scale ocean wave principle to construct an environmental sea surface model in which the wave to be detected and the Bragg short wave coexist. When constructing the environmental sea surface model, a sine wave with the same parameters as the wave to be detected is used for simulation. The relevant parameters of the wave to be detected include wave number, amplitude, radar frequency, relative permittivity of seawater, etc.

[0027] Step 102: After performing sine wave decomposition and interpolation on the wave to be detected, according to the non-linear action principle of l...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for detecting sea abnormal wave. The method comprises the following steps: an environmental sea surface model where the wave to be detected and a Bragg short wave coexist is formed; the solution of the Bragg short wave under the nonlinear modulation of the wave to be detected is worked out; radar scattering sections of the wave to be detected of a resolution cell and the environmental sea surface echo are calculated and compared; if the radar scattering section ratio of the wave to be detected and the environmental sea surface echo is less than a threshold, the wave to be detected is determined as an abnormal wave. The method and the device can detect the abnormal wave on the sea surface and reduce the hidden safety trouble of maritime sailing and maritime platform.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of marine remote sensing, in particular to a method and device for detecting anomalous waves on the sea surface. Background technique [0002] In the past two decades, at least 200 superships over 200 meters in length have disappeared in the sea. Undoubtedly, most of the culprits of these accidents are "abnormal waves" (Draper first proposed the concept of abnormal waves), which either have very high wave heights or have abnormal waveforms. In practical research and application, waves with limited length are generally studied. If the wave height H (the distance from the trough to the peak) of a certain wave is greater than 2.2 times the effective wave height, it is called an abnormal wave. The on-site measurement of abnormal waves is relatively difficult. In the past, oil platforms were mainly used for wave height monitoring, but abnormal waves caused great harm to structures such as offshore oil drilling p...
