Problems solved by technology

[0006] In environments with limited network bandwidth and traffic such as wireless communication, these products do not deal with traffic and efficiency issues, and due to the defects of XML data transparency, XMPP still needs to work hard to overcome its own security issues during the use process. Disadvantages, so in application scenarios with network bandwidth and traffic restrictions, data transmission efficiency is very low

Embodiment Construction

[0050] The invention is an instant communication method with low transmission load based on XMPP protocol. XMPP (Extensible Messaging Presence Protocol) is a protocol based on Extensible Markup Language (XML), which is used for instant messaging (IM) and online site detection. The protocol may eventually allow Internet users to send instant messages to anyone else on the Internet, even if their operating system and browser are different. The predecessor of XMPP is Jabber, a network instant messaging protocol produced by an open source organization. XMPP is currently standardized by the IETF International Standards Organization. The core result of standardization is divided into two parts: the core XML stream transmission protocol and the extended application of instant messaging based on XML stream transmission. The basic network structure of XMPP includes clients, servers, and gateways. Communication can occur bi-directionally between any two of the three. The server also ...

Abstract

The invention provides an instant communication method with low transmission load on the basis of XMPP. The method includes the following steps: a cell-phone client terminal generates the XMPP message according to the instruction input by the user; the generated XMPP message is compressed and coded according to the content of a static dictionary; the coded message is sent through a gateway to an instant message server; the instant message server decodes the coded message according to the content of the static dictionary and obtains the instruction of the user through analysis; the message of reply is generated according to the user instruction, and is compressed according to the content of the static dictionary and sent to the cell-phone client terminal; the cell-phone client terminal obtains the message of reply through decoding and analysis according to the corresponding coding manner and executes the instruction; and the cell-phone client terminal displays the result of execution. The invention can reduce the pressure of message transmission on the bandwidth, thus optimizing the XMPP instant communication result.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an instant communication method, in particular to an instant communication method and system thereof based on an extensible message online protocol (Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol, XMPP) with low transmission load used in a communication system with limited network bandwidth. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the Internet, instant messaging technology is the third largest Internet application after e-mail and the World Wide Web. The instant messaging (Instant Messaging, referred to as IM) is a real-time Internet communication method, such as figure 2 Shown is a system configuration diagram, in which IM (InstantMessaging) server 01 is a server that implements XMPP and its extended protocols, and ME (Mobile Equipment) #1 and ME #2 are user mobile terminals connected to the IM server and participating in chatting. The current instant messaging method adopts a set of instant messaging p...
