The method comprises two working procedures of blank-making and hot extrusion molding and is characterized in that one end surface of the required blank is processed smooth in the blank-making working procedure; in the hot extrusion molding working procedure, the blank is heated to 1100-1200 DEG C firstly, and then the blank undergoes the preforming extrusion and the forming extrusion on a press. During the preforming extrusion, the smooth end of the blank is downward and is in contact with a lower die of a preforming die; and during the forming extrusion, the end surface of the blank, which is arranged below during the performing, is put in a lower concave die of a forming die by facing upwards, and salient points are formed on the upper end surface of the blank by using drop pits arranged in an upper punching die of the forming die and provided with forming workipiece salient points.
