The device comprises a decoiler, a pickler, a front looper, an annealing furnace, a fast cooling device, an overaging furnace, a back looper, a trimming machine and a coiling machine which are connected in sequence as well as an Al-Zn pot, at least one cooling bellows, water quench equipment and a drying unit, wherein the Al-Zn pot contains Al-Zn alloy liquid and is arranged between the annealing furnace and the fast cooling device, the cooling bellows is arranged between the fast cooling device and the overaging furnace, and the water quench equipment and the drying unit are arranged between the overaging furnace and the back looper.
