Abstract
The present invention discloses a method for design of photoelectric micro power system based on model analysis and pertains to the technical field of photoelectricity. According to the node composition and functional requirements of the integrated photoelectric micro power sensor, the present invention divides the sensor into four parts: energy conversion subsystem, energy storage subsystem, energy management subsystem and sensor nodes. The energy parameters of these four parts are analyzed. According to the power supply method to sensor nodes from the photoelectric micro power system, a design model for the relations between different energy parameters of the photoelectric micro power system is established. According to the functional requirements of the photoelectric micro power and theenvironmental features of the areas where micro power is used, system design parameters are determined. From system design parameters and micro power design model, the area of photovoltaic cell and the cell circuit of micro power system are determined, thus completing the design of integrated sensor photoelectric micro power system. The present invention uses a design model to greatly simplify system design process and establish a universal design method for the design of photoelectric micro power system.
