The method comprises the following steps: digital fountain encoding is carried out on an original data packet; the encoded data packet is carried and transmitted by different radio access technologies (RAT); and encoding and transmission of the original data packet is stopped after a command of successful decoding of the original data packet is received. The invention further discloses a decoding transmission method of multi-join data stream cracking, an encoding transmission device, a decoding transmission device and a multi-join data stream cracking processing system.
