The designed non-parametric estimation operator approximates the probability density curve of the size distribution. The non-parametric estimation operator includes a kernel function operator. Histogram estimation, wavelet estimation operator, B-spline estimation operator. The foam size PDF is converted into dynamic weight coefficients, and a nonlinear weight dynamic model with time delay is established. Based on this model, a reasonable optimization fault detection method and diagnosis method are obtained using linear matrix inequalities.
