Embodiment 1

[0022] Embodiment 1: add 3 milliliters of hexafluoroisopropanols in a beaker, egg shell membrane protein (SEP) 0.075g (50% of the total amount of solute, mass percent, the same), stir, after it dissolves, add poly Propylene carbonate (PPC) 0.075g (50%) was dissolved by stirring to obtain a spinning solution with a concentration of 0.05g / ml. The prepared spinning solution was poured into the spinning solution storage tank of the electrospinning machine, the spinning voltage was adjusted to 15 kV, the spinning receiving distance was 20 cm, and spinning was started. After the spinning solution in the spinning solution storage tank was used up, the electrospun fiber membrane was taken out, and the solvent was removed under vacuum for 6 hours. figure 1 Electron microscopy photographs of egg shell membrane protein-polypropylene carbonate blend electrospun fiber membranes, figure 2 It is an electron microscope photo of NIH3T3 cells cultured on the electrospun fiber membrane for 3 d...

Embodiment 2

[0023] Embodiment 2: change the amount of egg shell membrane protein (SEP) into 0.045g (30%) in embodiment 1, change the amount of polypropylene carbonate (PPC) into 0.105g (70%), solvent uses hexafluoro Isopropanone, the preparation method is the same as in Example 1, and the electrospun fiber membrane has good biocompatibility.

Embodiment 3

[0024] Embodiment 3: change the amount of egg shell membrane protein (SEP) into 0.015g (10%) in embodiment 1, change the amount of polypropylene carbonate (PPC) into 0.135g (90%), and the preparation method is implemented with Example 1, the electrospun fiber membrane has good biocompatibility.
