Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biogenetic engineering, in particular to a chilling stress resistant gene PpCDC48-3 of physcomitrella patens and coding protein thereof and a vector and a cell line containing the gene. A nucleotide sequence of the gene is shown as in SEQ ID No.1, and an amino acid sequence of the coding protein is shown as in SEQ ID No.3. The obtained gene has efficient stress resistance. By the conventional gene engineering technology, the gene can be used for culturing transgenic crops with high quality so as to improve the stress resistance of crops.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biogenetic engineering. Specifically, the invention relates to a low temperature stress resistance gene PpCDC48-3 of Physcomitrella patens and its encoded protein, a carrier containing the gene, and a transgenic cell line. Background technique [0002] Low temperature, drought, and high salinity are important environmental stress factors that limit plant growth and development, geographical distribution, and morphogenesis. The results of these stress factors all lead to dehydration of plant cells, affect the osmotic pressure of plant cells, and then affect the normal physiological metabolism of plants, and cause plant death in severe cases. Through the study of some model plants, it is found that the functional proteins and transcription factors induced by these three stress factors interact with each other. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to seek green plants that can tolerate low temperature, drought, and hi...
