The reflecting backboard comprises a frame and a reflecting piece, wherein the frame is provided with at least one hollow opening; the reflecting piece is assembled in the frame; the reflecting piece is provided with a reflecting layer and a radiating layer which are made of different materials; the reflecting layer is provided with a reflecting face and a back face opposite to the reflecting face; the reflecting face defines a concave part which is used for containing the light source group; and the radiating layer is arranged on the back face of the reflecting layer.
