The system comprises a laser, a monomode optical fiber, a charge measuring probe, a multimode optical fiber, an optical-electrical converter, a coaxial cable and an oscillograph, wherein the output end of the laser is connected to the input end of the monomode optical fiber and is also connected to the input end of the charge measuring probe through the monomode optical fiber; the output end of the charge measuring probe is connected to the input end of the optical-electrical converter through the multimode optical fiber; the output end of the optical-electrical converter is connected to the oscillograph through the coaxial cable; and an insulated material is arranged below the charge measuring probe. The invention has high measuring accuracy and is a relatively ideal method for measuring surface charges.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of solid insulating material discharge, and relates to a surface charge measurement system based on electro-optic effect. Background technique [0002] Charge accumulation on the surface of solid insulating materials is a common physical phenomenon. Because these materials are widely used in the field of power equipment, the existence and accumulation of these surface charges often cause surface discharge of equipment, resulting in aging of equipment insulation and even accidents. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the relationship between surface charge distribution, accumulation process and discharge phenomenon, and then explore how to inhibit charge accumulation and discharge phenomenon. [0003] The study of the distribution and accumulation of surface charges on solid insulating materials requires the use of surface charge measurement technology. The current conventional and common measure...
