The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the centrifugal acceleration of a vehicle body measured by a posture locator; obtaining the transverse gradient of the road surface according to the rolling angle, centrifugal acceleration of the vehicle body and the horizontal acceleration of the vehicle body; obtaining the distance between the road surface and the vehicle body according to the transverse gradient, the distance measured by the laser distance measurer and the rolling angle between the vehicle body and the horizontal surface; and obtaining the vertical section curve of the road surface through the distance measured by the laser measurer.
