Abstract

The invention discloses a synthetic processing method of hydroxyethylidene (HEDP) pre-plated copper waste water. The method essentially comprises the following steps of: taking a certian quantity of waste iron filings and waste steel fillings and mixing; dipping with alkali liquor; washing with water after degreasing; removing oxide on the surfaces of the waste iron filings and the waste steel fillings by being dipped in acid to be standby; adjusting the pH value of the hydroxyethylidene (HEDP) pre-plated copper waste water to be 1.8-2.5; adding with activated mixed iron filings into the HEDP pre-plated copper waste water, wherein adding quantity is 7-30% of the quality of the waste water; after aeration reaction for 0.5-2 hours, water exiting and adding with polyacrylamide (PAM) to be deposited in a flocculation way; and finally adding with lime cream into deposited liquid supernatant, adjusting the pH value to be 11-12, reacting for 5-20 min, adding with the PAM to be deposited in a flocculation way, water exiting, and adjusting the pH value thereof to be discharged or recycled after reaching the standard.
