The flame-retardant polymer / montmorillonite nano fat-liquoring complex agent of the invention is prepared through the following steps: performing the partial amidation reaction between low-cost rapeseed oil and diethylamine; then, performing the reaction with acrylic acid to prepare polymer modified fat-liquoring agent; and further subjecting the polymer modified fat-liquoring agent and the nano material montmorillonite to processing methods, such as mechanical stirring and ultrasonic treatment. The fat-liquoring agent can be used alone or combined with other anionic, cationic and non-ionic fat-liquoring agent.
