Abstract

The invention discloses a method for accurately detecting mixed residues of various veterinary drug or feed additives with cross reaction by using immunization. The method comprises the following steps: firstly measuring the complete inhibition ratio of antibodies to all residues and establishing a correcting model according to the complete inhibition ratio; on the basis that different antibodies are respectively used in single measurement on the residues, correcting measurement results by using the correcting model to obtain the accurate contents of all components of the mixed residues in a sample. The invention solves the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by cross reaction generated because specific antibodies can not distinguish residues with similar structure formula during the immunization-based measurement. The method is suitable for all immunization detection based on antigen-antibody specific reaction and improves the immunization detecting technology.
