Abstract

The invention relates to a natural vegetal anti-weaning piglet stress feed additive. The feed additive is characterized by comprising the following compositions in percentage by weight: 18 to 20 percent of pasqueflower, 8 to 10 percent of phellodendron, 18 to 20 percent of cortex fraxini, 5 to 7 percent of hawkthorn, 4 to 5 percent of liquorice, 9 to 10 percent of astragali, 30 to 35 percent of pine needle powder. The feed additive has the effect of promoting growth, and can improve the daily gain by 13.4 percent after piglets wean for 21 days, improve feed intake by 9.9 percent and reduce the feed-meat ratio by 3.0 percent. The feed additive prevents early piglet weaning stress syndrome, effectively relieves the weaning stress, reduces piglet diarrhea and production cost, increases weight gain and has safety, nontoxicity and remarkable economic benefit.
