bone cell static pressure loading, and discloses a
bone cell static pressure loading device with multi-mode
pressure control, which comprises a pressurizing mechanism and a PLC control
assembly, wherein the pressurizing mechanism comprises a high-pressure gas
storage tank, a
gas pressure reducing valve, a connecting
pipe A, a gas flow control valve, a pressure conversion bin, a
piston, a connecting
pipe B, a connecting frame and a
pressure sensor; the
gas pressure reducing valve is installed on the high-pressure gas
storage tank; the connecting
pipe A is connected to the high-pressure gas
storage tank; and the gas flow control valve is installed on the connecting pipe A. The gas flow control valve, the pressure conversion bin, the
pressure sensor and the PLC control
assembly can realize the loading of various pressure
modes such as static pressure, periodic pressure and simulated physiological
pressure waveform, can accurately simulate the mechanical environment that bone cells bear under different physiological and
pathological conditions, effectively reduces experimental errors, and improves the reliability and
repeatability of experimental results.
