cotyledon explants for infection are obtained; 3, after cotyledons of the safflower seeds germinate, the
contamination condition of the cotyledons of the safflower seeds is treated, then the cotyledons are
cut open, and hypocotyls are discarded. By optimizing vector construction and
agrobacterium transformation, the problem of
