Embodiment 1

[0023] The present embodiment carries out safety evaluation to an in-service bridge in a certain county, and has the following steps:

[0024] 1. Use commercially available electronic tomography equipment EPT (Electrical Process Tomography) within one year to measure the same part of one of the bridge piers (such as figure 1 shown) the cross-sectional images were collected 12 times, one picture was collected every month, and a total of 12 color images of the cross-section were collected (such as figure 2 shown on the left);

[0025] 2, use the Matlab image processing function (rgb2gray) in the prior art to convert the color image into a grayscale image, specifically as follows: key in > > I=imread (the image file name of 'collection.bmp') at the Matlab command line The command is used to read the image into matlab, and then enter >>I1=rgb2gray(I) in the matlab command line to convert it into a grayscale image;

[0026] 3. Use the Matlab image processing function (im2bw) in ...

Embodiment 2

[0030] A reinforced concrete bridge with three existing piers needs to evaluate and analyze the safety of the bridge piers. The specific steps are as follows:

[0031] 1. First, use the industrial geological CT system to collect color images of different sections of the three bridge piers, and collect 5 different cross-sectional color images for each bridge pier;

[0032] 2. Use the Matlab image processing function (rgb2gray) in the prior art to convert each color image into a grayscale image respectively, and the method steps are the same as example 1;

[0033] 3, use Matlab image processing function (im2bw) in the prior art to carry out binary processing to each image again, method step is with example 1;

[0034]4. Use the international free software package ChomP to calculate the Betty numbers of these 5 pictures. The steps of the method are the same as those in Example 1. After calculation, we can get:

[0035] The 0th dimensional Betti numbers of the first pier are [222...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for evaluating the safety of a service bridge structure, which comprises the following steps: periodically acquiring images of the cross section of the bridge structure, converting the images, processing the converted images by binarization, and computing a zero-dimensional Betti number and a one-dimensional Betti number of the images processed by binarization. In the invention, according to the algebraic topology, for the two-dimensional space (namely the cross section of the bridge), the zero-dimensional Betti number describes the amount of blocks existing in the region of the cross section of the bridge, wherein when the number of the blocks obviously increases or decreases, the condition explains that the bridge structure is changed by extrusion or external environment corrosion and is in a dangerous state, and when the number slightly changes or does not change, the condition explains that the bridge structure is normal; and the one-dimensional Betti number describes the number of holes existing in the region of the cross section of the bridge, wherein when the number of the holes obviously increases, the condition explains that the number of the holes (namely bubbles) in the bridge structure increases and the bridge structure is in a dangerous state, and when the number slightly changes or does not change, the condition explains that the bridge structure is normal. Thus, the invention can quantitatively make an evaluation on the safety of the service bridge structure to effectively prevent accidents from occurring.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the safety of in-service bridge structures, which is suitable for the safety detection of all in-service reinforced concrete bridge structures and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering. Background technique [0002] Bridge engineering is a major project related to people's livelihood. Because of its complex structure, difficult design and construction, and large investment, it has attracted much attention. After the bridge is completed and put into use, its reinforced concrete structure will gradually deteriorate and corrode under the influence of the natural environment, service environment and internal factors of the material as time goes by, and the structural performance will also decline and damage will occur. Even damage, thus endangering the safety of the bridge. Since the 1980s, many countries and regions in North America, Europe and Asia have successively experienced several large...
